Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — as a Worker, Employer, Training Institute, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Pakkad Pana is a marketplace platform that connects skilled and frontline Workers with Employers seeking to hire them, and with Training Institutes that endorse Workers' training. The Platform currently supports the following countries: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd is not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment agency, and is not a party to any employment, contractor, or other working relationship formed between a Worker and an Employer through the Platform. We do not guarantee that any Worker will be hired, that any Employer will find a suitable candidate, or the outcome, terms, or conduct of any resulting engagement.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and must meet the minimum working age applicable to you under the labour and employment laws of your country or region. It is your responsibility to determine and comply with the minimum working age and any other eligibility requirements that apply to you; the Platform does not independently verify your age or your legal eligibility to work.

To use most features of the Platform, you must register as a Worker, Employer, or Training Institute. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please note: as described in our Privacy Policy, our email-based password-recovery flow is not currently operational, so safeguarding your own credentials is presently your primary protection. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL – TO BE CONFIRMED].

As a Worker, you agree that:

• the information in your profile, skills, experience, and any documents you upload (including identification, certificates, passport, or visa documents) is accurate and belongs to you;
• you will not misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or right to work in any location you apply to;
• you are solely responsible for evaluating the legitimacy of any Employer or job opportunity before entering into any agreement with them.

As an Employer, you agree that:

• job postings are accurate, lawful, and posted in good faith;
• you will comply with all applicable labour, employment, immigration, and anti-discrimination laws in the jurisdiction where the role is based;
• you will not use information obtained through the Platform — including a Worker's contact details, once made available to you — for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment;
• you are solely responsible for any hiring decision and for the terms of any resulting engagement.

As a Training Institute, you agree that any endorsement, course-completion record, or accreditation detail you submit for a Worker is accurate and that you have a legitimate basis for issuing it.

The Platform offers a manual review process through which Workers, Employers, and Training Institutes may have certain information — such as identity documents, certificates, or business details — reviewed by our team. A "Verified" status or badge reflects only the outcome of this manual review at a point in time. It is not a background check, credit check, criminal record check, or guarantee of any kind, and we do not warrant the ongoing accuracy or validity of any verified information.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform (profile information, messages, documents, ratings, and reviews), and grant us a licence to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform. Messages exchanged between Workers and Employers are automatically scanned by an internal pattern-detection system to flag potentially fraudulent or abusive content for review by our moderation team; this scan does not block message delivery and is not a guarantee that any message is legitimate or safe.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• harass, discriminate against, or abuse another user;
• attempt to circumvent verification, moderation, or security mechanisms;
• scrape or collect data from the Platform using automated means without our permission;
• solicit payment or fees outside lawful, disclosed employment or recruitment activity;
• upload malicious files or content that infringes another party's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to our systems.

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly permitted.

FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd acts solely as an intermediary connecting Workers, Employers, and Training Institutes. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users, the conduct of any user, the outcome of any hiring process, or the terms, performance, or breach of any agreement entered into between users. Any dispute arising from an employment or working relationship formed through the Platform is solely between the parties to that relationship.

The Platform relies on third-party service providers to operate, including cloud file storage, document-processing, database hosting, and application-hosting providers. These providers process certain data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Self-service account deletion is not currently available; to request that your account be closed, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL – TO BE CONFIRMED].

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of FrameX Technologies Pvt Ltd in India, at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS – TO BE CONFIRMED], subject to final legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
